Who is the Saint who’s Picture hangs in most Italian Houses?

We watched a lot of YouTube clips of houses for sale in Italy, and we noticed that in many of them, there’s a picture of a monk on the wall. I researched it, and this is who it is:

Padre Pio, also known as Saint Pio of Pietrelcina. He was a 20th-century Italian friar, priest, and mystic who bore the stigmata (wounds of Christ) for most of his life. His image became widely popular in Catholic households, especially during the 1960s, due to his reputation for holiness, miracles, and spiritual guidance. He was canonized as a saint in 2002 by Pope John Paul II.

Padre Pio is often depicted with a beard, wearing the brown robe of the Capuchin friars, and sometimes with his hands wrapped or showing the stigmata.
